Msala Ministry aspires to be the local Indian and personnel. The dish of creation that you eat is made with carefully sourced ingredients from the length and breadth of the beautiful land called India.
Whole Spices from Kerala, chillies from Rajasthan and saffron from Kashmir. Every dish that we cook has its own character and is cooked organically. All the food that we make day after day is cooked fresh. Nothing is cooked in a hurry

From the 1st January 2025, Msala Library is returning to its original owners/Management from 1st January. You can now order for collection and pick up your favourite dishes at our sister restaurant, Msala Ministry located at 705 Fishponds Road BS16 3UH. Delivery will continue as normal through Deliveroo.
